Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within one business day. We’ll email you a tracking code as soon as the order is shipped. Please use this code to follow your package for the most accurate delivery time.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states. If you live outside this region and want to order high quality crystal or barware, please let us know! Your feedback will help us expand our shipping regions.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Allow one business day for us to send your shipping tracking number, and then about 7 days for your order to arrive. If you have any questions please contact us!

Returns and exchanges

We take customer satisfaction seriously. We stand by our products and accept returns for items purchased on Viski.com for up to 30 days after you have received the item. Returns for items purchased outside of Viski.com must be initiated with the original vendor. We are always available to help with defective items and hear your feedback no matter where you made a purchase.
