I bought two of the Admiral corkscrews. The first I bought at a high end retailer. I took it back because the foil cutter was nearly impossible to open even after applying oil. The second one I bought from a retailer on Amazon hoping for a better result. Unfortunately, it has the same problem. My advice is to examine before buying.
