Beautiful glasses
High quality product with a classical design.
Poor quality and customer service
The glasses are very large but beautiful. Unfortunately, after about 3 months of very occasional use, the stem snapped out of nowhere while hand washing. The glass was never dropped. I reached out to customer service to inquire about replacing the glass in a quantity less than 4 and they were very unhelpful. For glasses of this price, I would expect them to last more than a few months and customer service to be better.

These glasses are gorgeous! I love the size and feel. They look beautiful by themselves or on the table. My customer service representative went above and beyond to replace a glass that was damaged in shipment. I cannot say enough good things about Viski.
