United StatesGreat, but one glass was thicker and ghosted by customer service.
I generally love these glasses. However, one glass was thicker than the others and had a permanent mark on it. Seemed like one just slipped through the Quality Check on accident. I emailed help@viski.com twice to ask for a replacement glass and have not yet received a response (it's been almost 3-weeks). In general, I would buy again. The missing star is for the lack of response to customer service, not the product.
