Poor customer service
The tumblers were smaller than I expected. I followed the return instructions. Return was delivered according to USPS tracking, but I never received my refund. Be careful shopping here.

I ordered the Raye tumblers in hopes of it matching the amazing Viski glasses that we got with our Spirit Hub order... Unfortunately, they lacked the weight and quality of the initial product. The Beau tumblers don't appear to be crystal quality either... There is a clear seam present.
