Not functional and disappointing
Unfortunately, my experience was bad. The shaker is beautiful but not functional. When it's cold, it is impossible to separate the pieces so you can only make one drink every few hours. Additionally, Viski didn't log my return properly so I had to supply my tracking number for them to issue the credit, and it still took them more than two weeks. A very poor experience.

Love it! But……
The wife and I love this shaker and set. Quality, feels solid, love the black nickel look. We have the whole set. I’d rate this a 5 out of 5 star, but buyer beware: the strainer at the top of the cap can break and pop out easily. I am reviewing this shaker by itself as this is the REPLACEMENT for the whole set we bought only 6 months ago. The three TINY spot welds in the top of the cap that hold the strainer can break very easily with a good ‘shake’ if you have ice in the shaker. That’s what happened to us. A good cocktail shaker should not do that. If you’ve ever seen a bartender shake a martini, sometimes it’s with decent force. This should handle that, but didn’t. Viski was kind enough to give us a digital gift card to purchase the replacement, but the $6.99 shipping was on us. We feel after 6 months it should be totally free. Again, GOOD quality, but not GREAT quality. Be careful with the forcefulness of you ‘shake.’ Otherwise, we would give a 5.
