Best style kit for smoking
Chose this type of smoking kit over others as it's the most effective in both coating your glass and blanketing your built cocktail in smoke. I prefer to triple smoke each cocktail.

Ok could use improvement
Was very excited to try this kit right when I got home..but the torch needed filling and doesn't light well at all. So I used one from my junk drawer in my kitchen! Then when you look at the pictures on the box it shows this taller clear jar of chips...but when you open it up it is a small tin of chips....deceiving! The glass is very thin and won't be used. They should give some tips like burn it in first because the first one or two tasted burnt not smoked. Store won't let me return it . Hope others have a better experience than mine ! Was expecting more for the price and the company I was trying to impress on Thanksgiving was not impressed !

Torch comes empty
I brought this from my near by liquor store and tried it at home. I think I received an empty torch. The box doesn't say that I have to fill them. I wouldn't even know how that works.. but it was a let down seeing as I paid a lot of money for this set. The store doesn't accept refunds.

Outstanding service
I purchased a set from a retail store with a defective torch. The retail store wouldn’t let me return the set so I reached out to Viski. The customer service was exceptional. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They sent me a gift card which I was able to use to purchase a new set. The new set works well and I’m very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend Viski and will purchase from them again.
