A first-time buyer's three negative experiences
I was really excited to receive my Viski products after seeing them featured on the YouTube show How To Drink. Negative Experience #1: My order arrived with a chipped/unpolished soapstone cube. Negative Experience #2: On March 27, 2024 I contacted Viski's customer service asking for their opinion on the potential risk of a chipped/unpolished soapstone cube scratching/disfiguring my new tumblers. I am writing this review on April 12, 2024 and I have not received any reply to my inquiry/request for information regarding my purchase. Negative Experience #3: Although the tumblers look nice-they are EXTREMELY lightweight. I thought they would have a greater weight, and their delicate size and light countenance were disappointing. Looking at the picture of the online product as I write this review, I think the picture may portray a thicker solid glass base than the base of the tumblers I received. Maybe they reflect the original design? For me, the greatest negative is the complete lack of a response to my product inquiry. I've given them 16 days to reply and so far there has been no response (and yes, I've checked my junk/spam folder). At this point, I can't imagine ordering another product because if there was a problem with another order, it would appear that I would just have to accept the lack of quality control and non-responsive customer service. I REALLY wanted to have a great experience with Vicki-but alas, it was not to be. So disappointed.
