Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 1-2 Jalapeño slices
  • 1½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Agave
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 Egg white

Garnish: Tajin rim, pineapple leaves, dried lime slice


In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices, agave, and lime juice. Add pineapple juice, Cointreau, tequila, and egg white, and shake vigorously (without ice) for thirty seconds.

Add ice, and shake again.

Strain into a Tajin-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with pineapple leaves and a dehydrated lime slice.
