4 drops rose water
ΒΎ oz mint Demerara Syrup
ΒΎ oz lime juice
1 pinch of salt
Β½ oz Fever Tree Club Soda

The woodsy notes of gin are balanced by the sweetness of matcha powder and floral fragrance of rosewater.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients (except club soda) in cocktail shaker; shake + strain into Viski's Admiral Glass Tumbler, fill with pebble ice and top with club soda. Enjoy!
