Ingredients: (Serves 1)

2 oz Gin
½ oz Ginger liqueur
½ oz Strawberry syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
2-3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Soda water
5-6 Mint leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except for the soda water and mint in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake to chill the drink.

Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice, and top with soda to taste.

Add more crushed ice, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
