Recipe by Elliott Clark of @apartment_bartender

Tangy and fruity with a hint of spice, this refined take on a spritz tastes like summer in a glass. Close your eyes, take a sip, and transport yourself to a beach on the French Rivera.

  • 2 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Ginger liqueur
  • ½ oz Strawberry syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 2-3 dashes Aromatic bitters
  • Soda water
  • 5-6 Mint leaves

Combine all ingredients except for the soda water and mint in a cocktail shaker.
