2 oz Rose Vermouth
2 oz Prosecco

A delicious, subtle variation on the versatile spritz, perfect for happy hour outside.
Fill a Spritz glass with 5–6 medium ice cubes. Combine sherry and bitters. Stir until chilled (about 15 seconds). Top with prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
Henri's notes: The fun thing about wine-based cocktails is they can be as simple as 2-3 ingredients—an amaro/aperitif/digestif and bubbly water/wine.
