She calls it “a delicate and refreshing zero proof cocktail with citrus zest and floral notes,” and it doesn’t disappoint—bright and beautiful, it's a delicious addition to happy hour whether you’re exploring non-alcoholic cocktails or adding gin.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 2 oz Optimist Botanicals Bright
  • 2 oz Lemongrass simple syrup
  • 1 oz Betty Buzz Meyer Lemon Club Soda
  • ½ oz Rose water
  • Crushed ice
  • Edible flowers

DIRECTIONS:

Combine crushed ice, Optimist Bright, lemongrass syrup and rose water in a shaker and shake away.

Strain mixture into coupe glass, filling halfway.

Pour meyer lemon soda over mixture.

Top with edible flowers.
